Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
Rahanni Celestial Healing
Rahanni means ‘Of One Heart’ and is a gentle yet effective therapy that heals very deeply at heart level. Rahanni helps us to surrender, let go and detach from fear and negative thinking by connecting to and balancing the heart center, opening you up to your own truth, love, and compassion. Rahanni works by balancing the masculine feminine (Yin and Yang) aspects of each individual.
Connective Tissue Release (CTR)
Connective tissue, or fascia, is found throughout the entire body, it connects, supports, binds, or separates other tissues or organs. During a treatment, a series of stretches and mobilizations are used to encourage the connective tissue to unwind and in so doing not only physical blocks may be released but also deep emotional traumas too.
